Co-founder & Tech Operations
Keith came to Vietnam to launch Tech Ops Asia after a decade in cloud engineering and IT consulting in Australia. He knows firsthand the challenges of relocating abroad—from finding a reliable apartment to understanding local bureaucracy.
Based in Da Nang since 2022, Keith has built a network of trusted local contacts and personally helped dozens of expats settle into their new lives.
Lily Vo
Co-founder & Business Operations
Lily brings years of experience working with international companies from the U.S. and Singapore. As a Da Nang native, she bridges the gap between local culture and international expectations.
She specializes in helping foreigners navigate the rental market, understand local customs, and connect with essential services. Her deep local network ensures you get authentic, fair-priced services.
